Insurance
As a courtesy to our clients we offer filing claims with your insurance company for your reimbursement. We will gladly discuss and answer any questions related to your insurance. Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. One thing to keep in mind is that not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. When contacting your insurance company to determine if the services we provide you are a covered benefit under your plan it is necessary for them to know that we are an out-of-network provider.
