Insurance
The new regulations for filing insurance makes it much easier for you to file insurance, on your own, over the internet beginning January, 2012. Our staff is available to guide you in your pursuit of insurance coverage if you have difficulty getting your insurance company to respond to your submissions. The client is responsible to submit receipts, along with a reimbursement form, if needed, directly to their insurance provider. Insurance reimbursement is solely determined by one’s own insurance policy and provider contract. The client agrees that payment (regardless of insurance reimbursement) is the sole responsibility of the client and is paid when the services are rendered, unless a prepaid plan is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
